About the Role:

Responsibilities
- Unload and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Organize and store inventory using WMS systems and proper stacking techniques
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
