Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs associated with daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and follow instructions.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
