Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trailers and freight trucks in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Utilize RF scanners and computer systems to update inventory status in real-time.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we offer paid training.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
