Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and organizing aisles.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the morning shift team regarding inventory status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
