Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Execute pick, pack, and ship processes with a focus on speed and accuracy to meet daily KPIs.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and manage stock levels to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems in accordance with safety regulations.
- Trucking Operations: Load and unload freight trucks efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and placement.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and verify against packing lists.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional overtime during the week.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous employment.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Legal: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
