Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) and handheld scanners as required.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and clutter-free to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Must be able to stand for extended periods and walk on various surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotational schedule.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and the ability to read and interpret labels and pick tickets.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
