Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Execute pick, pack, and ship processes with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Unload trucks and inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a major plus (not required for all roles).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
