Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Night Shift Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in San Jose, CA. As a critical component of our 24/7 operations, you will play a key role in ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders on time.

Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently by picking, packing, and labeling products.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment.
- Assist in the receiving and processing of incoming shipments to ensure quality control.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team and management regarding inventory needs and operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) without conflict.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners or inventory software is advantageous.
