Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Packing & Labeling: Verify, pack, and label merchandise for shipment to ensure accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
