Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and barcode readers to process items efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they are securely packaged.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets in a safe manner.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and move heavy items.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work overtime or rotating shifts as needed.
