Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and perform routine equipment maintenance checks.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure packaging standards are met to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, verifying manifests and organizing inventory.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we offer paid training for motivated candidates.
