Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a high degree of accuracy.
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock rotation to prevent waste.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Operation: Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse machinery and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris during night shifts.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately regarding shipments and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality; no history of safety violations.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class C) is required.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
