Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, move inventory within the warehouse, and maintain a clutter-free workspace.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including proper LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures and wearing required PPE.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as certified or trained.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
