Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with zero-error accuracy standards
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts to ensure system integrity
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize workflow efficiency
- Complete daily documentation and reporting using digital inventory management tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in fast-paced settings
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexible scheduling options
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
