Responsibilities
- Safely move, stack, and organize materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate digital records via our remote inventory management system
- Collaborate with remote team members to coordinate shipping schedules and inventory updates
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments and document discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking remotely
- Train on new equipment and safety protocols through our digital learning platform
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with digital tools and remote collaboration software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Reliable transportation to Santa Ana facility (3 days/week on-site)
