Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stage merchandise, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, ensuring accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage or defects before processing them into the inventory system.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork, including packing slips and logs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
