Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient for daily operations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent loss during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods during the night shift.
- Reliability: Must be able to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and managing inventory.
- Teamwork: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and inventory management.
