Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and systematic stock rotation
- Uphold strict safety protocols while loading/unloading freight trucks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience in fast-paced environments
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency
- Flexible availability for 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience preferred
