Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Verify inventory accuracy with RF scanners and barcode systems
- Maintain organized storage of goods in climate-controlled facilities
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition of operations
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyor systems and sorting machines
- Complete daily productivity reports and quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM with weekend rotation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
