Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Process inbound shipments and manage warehouse staging areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
