Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day shipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe, efficient manner
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle count accuracy
- Uphold OSHA compliance and 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transition
- Document warehouse activities in real-time via WMS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience required
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume environments
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Preferred: Experience with Oracle WMS or similar systems
