Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory with RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery across the Southwest
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse zones to maximize operational efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
