Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain real-time stock tracking accuracy
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment maintenance logs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays as needed
- Strong commitment to workplace safety standards
