Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after training
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled storage areas
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols for material handling and equipment operation
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
- Complete daily paperwork and inventory reports digitally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid state ID for equipment operation training
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
