Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with barcode scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for efficient loading and shipping
- Maintain organized inventory using warehouse management systems
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits regularly
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
