Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment in real-time
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Document warehouse activities and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Support special projects including inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
