Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper labeling of all packages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick lists.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
