Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and handheld devices
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse areas following FIFO protocols
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
