Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory receiving, scanning, and storage procedures using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move pallets safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using voice-pick systems
- Maintain real-time inventory counts and resolve discrepancies in WMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Train on new warehouse automation technologies and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification and ability to pass equipment operation test
- Proficiency in RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend availability
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
