Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining inventory records
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily operational targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn inventory management systems
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
