Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and digital tracking
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspace standards
- Support inbound/outbound logistics through dock operations and quality control
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - full training provided
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening (background check waived)
