In this role, you will ensure the smooth flow of goods through our facility, playing a critical part in meeting our delivery commitments.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards and 5S protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and stock adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy in our management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift certification preferred but willing to train the right candidate).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflow.
- Adhere to all safety policies and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
