Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technology systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
- Reliable transportation to our Reno facility
