Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials, products, and inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo is secure and documentation is accurate.
- Perform inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels using scanning equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to safety and 5S protocols.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Assist with packaging and shipping duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We provide comprehensive training for certified forklift operators.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for counting and weighing products.
- Physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
