Responsibilities
- Operate electric and internal combustion forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Safely stack and organize inventory according to established safety guidelines and labels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S safety protocols.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for forklift certification (we provide training!).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required for this role.
