Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is properly secured for transport.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to ensure maximum warehouse efficiency.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure all safety guards and operational functions are working correctly.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills required for scanning and counting inventory.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification during training (we provide training!).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
