Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all labels are correct.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Valid forklift certification (Preferred but not required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
