Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory.
- Load and Unload: Receive, check, and load products onto trucks and trailers using proper safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Driver's License: A valid state-issued driver's license is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
