Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure all products are stored in designated areas to maximize organization and efficiency.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies while on the floor.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding logistical needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: Must be willing to learn and complete on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy.
- Basic Math Skills: Required for scanning, inventory management, and paperwork.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including overtime and weekends.
