Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any mechanical issues or safety hazards before each shift.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to ensure optimal workflow.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Complete daily reports and maintain accurate logs of material movement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high safety standards.
