Responsibilities
- Retrieve and pick products from warehouse shelves according to pick lists and purchase orders.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipping using appropriate materials.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before packing.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; we provide full training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and scanning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
