Responsibilities
- Operate industrial machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise in the warehouse inventory system.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (forklift certification preferred but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
