Job Overview
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently. You will be responsible for moving, stacking, and organizing inventory with precision and speed.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues and perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks.
- Organize and stack merchandise on pallets according to safety and inventory guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Accurately record inventory movements and maintain logs as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (provided by employer).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
