Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently select items from shelves and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners and picking devices.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety and quality standards before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely handle merchandise from delivery trucks to storage racks and vice versa.
- Customer Service: Resolve minor order issues and ensure a positive experience for internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning barcodes and handling products.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a consistent work history.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
