Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks with forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and order pickers
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cross-functional training programs for skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule including weekends
