Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily delivery targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our DC facility
