Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping issues
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners)
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Document order processing activities and report discrepancies

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (for operating warehouse equipment)
