Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Scan and verify inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, labelers, box cutters) safely and efficiently
- Sort and organize incoming stock in designated warehouse zones
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid state ID or driver's license required
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
