Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstation inventory
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation if needed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
