Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and seal products according to company specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including tape dispensers, box cutters, and labeling machines
- Verify order contents against pick tickets and documentation to ensure accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and contribute to overall warehouse safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors immediately
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory management activities as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license preferred for potential cross-training opportunities
